Cory Wilson

Cory is a Senior Road Safety Engineer with McElhanney Ltd. based out of their Calgary office. He has a
degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary and over 15 years of experience. Cory is
passionate about road safety and has experience conducting Road Safety Audits, In-Service Road Safety
Reviews, Applied Road Safety Research and Policy Development.

His experience includes several high-profile projects, such as the Calgary and Edmonton Ring Roads, the
Golden Ears Bridge in Maple Ridge BC, and the Highway 35 and 335 intersection in Saskatchewan.
Cory is currently the lead safety auditor responsible for reviewing all highways within the Western
Canadian National Parks.

Cory is a Past President of the Southern Alberta Institute of Transportation Engineers, a member of the
Centre for Transportation Engineering and Planning Innovation Committee, and has served several roles
with the International Federation of Consulting Engineers.
